Project Photos
The interior of your home is where you spend almost all your time at home — and it deserves the same craftsmanship you'd expect from a fine new build. Catalino Quality Construction provides comprehensive home interior services throughout Marietta, Roswell, and the greater Atlanta area. From single-room refreshes to whole-house interior renovations, we deliver clean finishes and thoughtful detailing.
Trim, Paint, and Finishes
The visible interior finishes — trim, paint, flooring, doors, and lighting — define how a home feels. Our interior service combines trim carpentry (baseboards, casing, crown), house painting (walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets), and flooring installation under one project management roof so the work is sequenced correctly and the finishes match.
Built-Ins and Custom Cabinetry
Site-built interior carpentry — bookcases, window seats, mudroom benches, fireplace surrounds, paneled walls — is where home interior work crosses into fine finish carpentry. These projects are some of the most rewarding because the result is custom to your home and lasts as long as the house itself.
Layout and Renovation
Interior renovations that change layout — opening a kitchen to a great room, converting a formal living room to a home office, removing a half-wall — involve structural carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring patches, and sometimes plumbing or electrical relocations. We coordinate all trades, handle permits, and sequence work so each phase is done before the next depends on it.
Doors and Trim Hardware
Interior door upgrades (see door services) are some of the highest-impact cosmetic changes in a home. Swapping hollow-core doors for solid-core panel or shaker doors, upgrading hardware to matte black or brushed brass, and re-casing the openings transforms hallways and rooms.
Licensed and Insured
Catalino Quality Construction is licensed through the State of Georgia (License #RBCO008244) and fully insured with liability and workers' compensation coverage. Robert Catalino's background in fine finish carpentry means every interior project is judged by carpenter's standards.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does 'home interior' cover?
Home interior is an umbrella term for renovations and upgrades inside the building envelope — trim and millwork, paint, flooring, built-ins, cabinetry, doors, lighting, and interior layout changes. It does not include exterior siding, roofing, decks, or yard work. Most of our home interior projects are room-by-room refresh or whole-house interior updates without expanding the home's footprint.
Can you handle the whole interior or just one room?
Both. We do single-room projects (one bathroom, one kitchen, one bedroom built-in) and full-house interior renovations (refresh every room with new floors, paint, trim, and selected upgrades). Whole-interior projects are sequenced carefully to minimize the time the house is fully torn up — usually we work in zones so part of the house stays livable.
Do interior projects need permits?
Cosmetic interior work (paint, trim, flooring, cabinet refacing, built-ins) generally does not require permits. Layout changes that move walls, plumbing relocations, and electrical circuit changes typically do. We handle permits when needed.
How long does a whole-house interior refresh take?
A typical 2,500-square-foot home with new floors, full repaint (walls, trim, ceilings), refreshed trim, and updated lighting takes about three to six weeks depending on color count, flooring selection, and scope of cabinetry work. We provide a detailed schedule with the estimate so you can plan around it.
