Exterior and Entry Doors
A new exterior door upgrades curb appeal and improves energy efficiency. We install fiberglass, steel, and solid wood entry doors; doors with sidelights and transoms; storm doors; and back-of-house exterior service doors. Installation includes proper flashing, weather-sealing with caulk and foam, threshold adjustment, lockset and deadbolt installation, and interior and exterior trim work.
Interior Doors
Interior doors are some of the most visually impactful inexpensive upgrades in a home. We swap out builder-grade hollow-core doors for solid-core panel, shaker, or barn-door styles; add or relocate doors to change the flow of a space; and resize openings as needed. Pre-hung installations include shimming the jamb plumb, installing hinges and hardware, and casing both sides. Slab-only replacements re-use the existing frame.
Patio and French Doors
Sliding patio doors and French swing doors connect interior spaces to decks, patios, and yards. We install patio doors from major manufacturers, handle the structural opening (header sizing, sill prep, flashing), weather-seal, and trim inside and out. Replacing an aging single-pane sliding door with a modern insulated unit is one of the highest-impact energy upgrades in many homes.
Repair Services
We also repair existing doors: rehang doors that have dropped or stick, replace damaged jambs and casing, repair rotted bottom rails on wood doors, replace weather-stripping and thresholds, fix or replace damaged locksets and deadbolts, and address doors that won't latch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I get a fiberglass, steel, or wood entry door?
Each has tradeoffs. Fiberglass is the best all-around choice for most Georgia homes — it won't warp, dent, or rust, comes in convincing wood-grain patterns, and offers strong insulation values. Steel is the most affordable and very secure, but can dent and rust if scratched. Solid wood looks unbeatable but requires periodic refinishing in our humidity. We help you choose based on your exposure, budget, and style preference.
Can you replace just the door, or do I need a new frame too?
If the existing frame is plumb, square, and not rotted, a 'slab' replacement (door only, same frame) is often the right call — it's faster, less expensive, and less disruptive. If the frame is damaged, warped, or you're changing the door size or style, a 'pre-hung' replacement (door plus new frame) is needed. We evaluate the existing frame during the estimate and recommend honestly.
How long does it take to install an exterior door?
A pre-hung exterior entry door replacement typically takes three to five hours including removal, install, weather-sealing, and lockset. A full custom entry with sidelights and transom can take a full day or more. Interior pre-hung doors run about two to three hours per opening; slab door swaps go faster.
Do you install storm doors and patio doors?
Yes. We install storm doors over existing entry doors (with proper limiter chains and hardware), French swing patio doors, and sliding glass patio doors from manufacturers like Andersen and Pella. Patio door installations include flashing, weather-sealing, and trim work inside and out.
