Residential Plumbing
General contracting plumbing scope in Marietta, Roswell, and greater Atlanta. Fixture installation and coordination with licensed plumbers.

Plumbing is a regulated trade in Georgia, and we're upfront about our scope: Catalino Quality Construction is a licensed Residential Basic Contractor, not a licensed plumbing contractor. Within remodel, repair, and general contracting projects throughout Marietta, Roswell, and the greater Atlanta area, we handle limited plumbing-scope work directly and coordinate with licensed master plumbers for everything else.
What We Handle Directly
In the course of a remodel or repair, our crew installs and replaces fixtures on existing stub-outs: faucets, sink basins, toilets, vanities, towel bars, shower trim, and garbage disposals (when no electrical change is needed). We also handle the rough-side construction work — framing for tubs and showers, blocking for fixtures, vanity mounting, tile and waterproofing — that surrounds the plumbing work.
What We Subcontract
Any work that requires a Georgia plumbing license — modifying supply or drain piping, water-heater installation and replacement, gas-line work, slab leak repair, sewer line work, and any plumbing requiring a permit — goes to licensed plumbing subcontractors. We manage the scheduling, payments, and quality of their work as part of the overall project.
Remodel Plumbing Coordination
This scope is most common in bathroom and kitchen remodels, basement finishes (where new fixtures often need to be roughed in), and additions. Our role is to plan the layout with the homeowner, schedule the plumbing subcontractor at the right stages of the project, coordinate inspections, and complete tile, trim, vanity, and finish work around the new plumbing.
Licensed and Insured
Catalino Quality Construction holds Georgia Residential Basic Contractor License #RBCO008244 (company) and #RBQA008233 (individual) through the State of Georgia. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our plumbing subcontractors are independently licensed and insured.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a licensed plumber?
No — we are a Georgia Residential Basic Contractor (License #RBCO008244), not a licensed master plumber. For supply-line and DWV work, water-heater installs, and other code-restricted plumbing, we coordinate with licensed plumbing subcontractors as part of our general contracting role. We handle the carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and finish work around their installations and manage the inspection process.
What plumbing-scope work do you handle directly?
Like-for-like fixture replacement on existing supply and drain stub-outs (faucets, sinks, toilets, vanities, garbage disposals when no electrical change is needed), and the carpentry and tile work that supports plumbing rough-ins. Any work that modifies supply or drain piping, water heater installation, gas-line work, or anything requiring a plumbing permit goes to our licensed plumbing subcontractors.
Why use Catalino Quality Construction instead of calling a plumber directly?
For pure plumbing work — a water heater swap, a slab leak, a sewer line repair — call a plumber directly. Hire us when the plumbing is part of a larger project (bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, basement finish, addition) and you want one accountable general contractor managing the demolition, plumbing subcontractor, tile, vanities, and finish work as one project.
Do you handle permits and inspections for plumbing work?
Yes. For projects requiring plumbing permits, we coordinate the permit application with the plumbing subcontractor, schedule rough and final inspections with the local jurisdiction, and ensure sign-off before walls are closed. See our permitting page.
