Our scope is roof repair — leak diagnosis, missing or damaged shingle replacement, flashing repair around chimneys and roof penetrations, soffit and fascia repair, and minor storm damage. For a full re-roof (tear-off and replacement of the entire roof system) we coordinate with specialized roofing contractors and can manage that work as part of a broader project. We're honest about which jobs we handle in-house and which are better suited to a roofing-only specialist.
