Handrail Upgrade — Roswell

A focused railing swap on a Roswell staircase: dated components out, a crisp two-tone system in. White-painted craftsman newel posts and handrails now frame matte black iron balusters — a mix of single- and double-knuckle patterns — over stained oak treads.

The photos catch the job mid-stream, with wall patching and floor protection still in place, which shows the honest sequence: rail work happens first, then paint and finish come behind it. Nothing structural changed — same stairs, same footprint, and a completely different staircase to look at from the hallway.
