Deck Rebuild — Roswell
The old deck on this Roswell home had the kind of quirks that accumulate over decades — decking laid on a diagonal and cupping with age, a spindly railing gone loose, and an odd triangular corner shelf where two rail runs met. Underfoot and in-hand, nothing felt solid anymore.
The rebuild kept the same elevated footprint and replaced everything on it: straight-laid pressure-treated decking fastened tight, and a new railing system with properly spaced posts and secure balusters. The after photo shows it doing its job — furniture, rug, and grill in place, a deck you walk out onto without thinking about it. Not every project needs to be dramatic; this one just needed to be done right.
